Emma is the founder & CEO of Citizen Kind
As an international corporate hippie, Emma Osborne has a long history in shaping careers in fields of innovation. Based in Singapore, and as the MD of the leading media, tech and marketing recruitment firm across Asia, she realised the volume of issues that we face as society and wanted to direct her skills and experience in business, coupled with her passion for food and veganism, to help to make a positive impact.
She launched Citizen Kind in 2018 to help create this impact through consultancy projects and executive talent searches to ensure that companies working to create a sustainable, ethical world have access to the very best, value-aligned individuals and commercial, creative strategy. Having worked with plant based producers (Oatly, THIS, Mr Organic), precision fermenters (Bosque Foods) cultivated meat innovators (Respect Farms, Shiok Meats), impact investors (Dismatrix, GlassWall Syndicate), technology platforms (Farmstand, abillion), charities (Gen V, Viva!), media and events organisers (Plant Based World), she supercharges businesses with creative strategic execution and ethical leaders to help realise our sustainable future. Also a board member of Vegan Leaders and KindEarth.Tech, she is determined to bring about an equitable and just food transition through collaboration, communication and kindness.
Citizen Kind recently launched the Avengers who are a collective of individuals who share her mission and passion and bring a broad sweep of skills and experience to the table for those creating change to draw upon and get all hands on deck!
