Gavin Wren is a food policy specialist and content creator passionate about how food unifies hearts, minds, and societies. Gavin Wren’s goal is to change how people learn about food, policy & nutrition.
After starting in hospitality, he pivoted to Industrial Design at Brunel University, then spent 10 years in design. In 2014, his passion for food led him to start a food blog, evolving into a career as a food photographer and writer. Meeting Professor Tim Lang inspired him to study Food Policy, and he has since worked with clients like the European Commission and WWF. Today, he reaches millions on TikTok, educating on food systems, sustainability, and more, fostering a better relationship with food for all.
